Trans-Siberian highway is important railway of Russia through Eurasian continent. The Trans-Siberian Express is the longest train journey in the world. The route takes you from ancient Russian cities through deep forests and breathtaking mountains to Siberian outposts and into Asia. It is the longest railway in the world (9288,2 km). The trip along Trans-Siberian has been become the most popular itinerary among foreigners.


    Day 1

    St. Petersburg. Arrival

    Arrival at St. Petersburg airport, meeting with the guide-translator and transfer to the hotel, check-in the hotel.

    Day 2

    St. Petersburg, sightseeing tour

    Duration of city tour is 6 hours including visits to Peter and Paul's fortress, St Issac's Cathedral and Church on Spilled Blood. Lunch during the tour is included. Afternoons we visit Hermitage museum.

    Day 3

    St. Petersburg, Peterhof

    6-hour tour to Peterhof with a visit to Grand Palace in Peterhof. Lunch during the tour is included. In the late afternoon you depart to Moscow on board Sapsan train, transfer to the train station is arranged. Upon your arrival in Moscow transfer to the hotel is provided.

    Day 4

    Transfer to Moscow 

    Departure to Moscow on board Sapsan train, transfer to the train station is arranged. Upon your arrival in Moscow transfer to the hotel is provided.

    Day 5

    Moscow, sightseeing tour

    Tour duration is 8 hours: 4-hour city tour of Moscow covers Red Square, St Basil's Cathedral, Vorobyovy Gorky Park and the beautiful Cathedral of Christ the Savior, 4-hour tour covers Kremlin territory and Armoury.

    Day 6

    Moscow panoramic city tour, departure to Irkutsk

    During panoramic city tour you will see magnificent and world known places of Moscow including the New Maiden Convent , the Necropolis, Moscow State University, Triumphal Arch, Kutuzov Avenue, New Arbat Street, Boulevard ring, Theatre Square and many others. Afternoons you have 2-hour tour to Tretyakov Gallery. Free time. Transfer to the train station. Depart to Irkutsk by train.

    Day 7

    On board the train, entering Siberia

    On board the train, meals on your own. Having left the Urals behind, our train will be crossing the Great Eurasian Plateau towards Siberia.

    Day 8

    On board the train, passing by Sayany Mountains

    On board the train, meals on your own. Today we will be passing by Altai, a gorgeous mountain range in the southern part of Siberia.

    Day 9


    Arrival in Irkutsk. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Irkutsk.

    Day 10

    Irkutsk, sightseeing tour

    Check out the hotel. During city tour we observe the Church of Our Savior, the Church of the Apparition of Our Lord, the Church of the Exaltation of the Cross and visit the Znamensky Convent, Memorial for Siberian soldiers. Transfer to Listvyanka village on Lake Baikal. Free time. Overnight.

    Day 11

    Day on Baikal

    Today we visit local biological museum where you will see the Baikal Seal. Your guide will show you the famous Shaman Rock and take you to a nearby view point. There you’ll get a chance to take panoramic pictures of Baikal from above. Afternoons we visit local 19th century wooden St. Nicolas church and a local fish market.

    Day 12

    Circum rail road tour

    The train travels at a leisurely pace right along the shore of the lake, stopping at the most significant architectural sites and at popular viewpoints, where you can take some great photos. You’re bound to be impressed by the stunning views of Lake Baikal, numerous tunnels, stone galleries, bridges and viaducts will strike your imagination. Transfer to Irkutsk airport. Flight home.
